Solicitor Tim Wachter will prepare the formal easement agreement.
The motion specified that the property owner will be responsible for the ditch and that the borough will accept responsibility for the two catch basins and the approximately 60 feet of pipe between them. The motion was made by Councilor Osborn, seconded by Councilor Kerns, and carried unanimously among members present.
