Commission approves minutes, hears brief committee updates and adjourns

At the start of the Aug. 11 meeting the Londonderry Planning Commission approved the July 28, 2025 minutes. Commissioner Brent Bammarito moved to accept the minutes as written, Commissioner Trevor Powers seconded, and the motion passed.
During committee updates the Short-Term Rentals (STR) committee reported no activity until it meets in the new year, and Housing Committee Chair Patty Eisenhaur said the next housing meeting is scheduled for Thursday. Pamela J. Spaulding moved to adjourn at 6:24 P.M.; Brent Bammarito seconded and the meeting was adjourned.
