The Londonderry Planning Commission on Aug. 11 set a goal to have a finished Town Plan ready for public review by Aug. 25, 2025, and directed that the announcement be sent to the Vermont Journal (the town's official newspaper) and posted at both post offices and the Town Office. William Goodwin, Zoning Administrator, said the Town Plan must list abutting towns; Pamela J. Spaulding said portions of her edits did not transfer correctly and that she will purchase Microsoft Word to correct the document.
Chair Jennifer Greenfield said she had received a second round of emails from Patty Eisenhaur and emphasized the need for a finished product to distribute and schedule a public meeting. William Goodwin agreed to look into submitting the report to the State. The commission set the Aug. 25, 2025 target to allow time for internal corrections, public notice, and a subsequent public meeting to review the draft.
