Selectboard approves $67,636.94 in accounts payable and two payroll warrants

At its Feb. 3 meeting the Lincoln Selectboard approved the accounts payable warrant AP 26‑32 totaling $67,636.94. Items listed in the warrant included $4,436.19 to Cargill for salt, $2,554.20 to Chappell Tractor Sales for chains, a $13,819.55 payment to M&T Bank for the 2023 F‑350 loan, and $11,739.15 to Pacif for insurance (liability and workers’ compensation).
The board also approved payroll warrants PR 26‑30 for $9,245.50 (pay period ending Jan. 17, 2026) and PR 26‑31 for $9,151.44 (pay period ending Jan. 24, 2026). Motions to approve the warrants were made and seconded and recorded as PASSED 3/0/2 in the minutes.
In other finance notes, Trish reported that the town received reimbursements totaling $150,142 for a USFS grant and $25,921.90 for a Highway Safety Improvement grant; she also said the town must reissue 2025 W‑2s after a payroll import error was corrected in the accounting system.
The board directed the administrator to send warrant documents electronically to a member for signature and to follow up on payroll system procedures to prevent future reporting errors.
