Kirby Selectboard adopts 2026 LEMP, signs VTRANS forms and appoints NEKCV reps

The Kirby Selectboard adopted the updated 2026 Local Emergency Management Plan (LEMP) after Emergency Management official Keith Wooster presented the form; the board signed the document during the meeting. The Selectboard also signed VTRANS 2026 highway compliance and budget forms, non-employee workers’ compensation forms and overload permits as part of routine administration.
The board appointed Dana Caspersen and Malcolm Doak as the town’s NEKCV representatives for 2026 and signed orders for bills. The Selectboard set its next regular meeting for Monday, May 4 at 6:00 p.m. and adjourned the April 6 meeting at 7:53 p.m.
