The Selectboard approved a contract with Cartographic Technologies, Inc. to bring town parcel information up to date and provide new electronic maps. Lister Marla Waring presented the contract during the April 6 meeting; the board voted to approve the agreement "as written." The initial contract price is $3,850, with approximate annual charges after the initial cost estimated at $860 per year depending on town activity.
Town staff said the update will modernize the town’s electronic parcel files and improve mapping used for assessing and planning purposes. The Selectboard’s approval authorizes the town to execute the contract and proceed with the mapping update.
