Spaulding presented draft survey questions and the commission agreed to add several items: whether an Airbnb is hosted or non-hosted; whether respondents have trouble finding employees due to affordable housing; classification of second-home owners/registered voters; and an open question asking what drew respondents to the town.
Commissioners discussed distribution tactics: setting up a table at the transfer station and outreach at Music Mondays were suggested; Steve Twitchell will contact Tom Cavanagh to coordinate on outreach. Pam will update the questionnaire to include the agreed items.
