Warrens board approves new liquor license for The Pines Restaurant; operator license granted

Trustee J. Le Mere moved to approve a new Class B beer and Class B liquor license for Cranberry Country Café LLC doing business as The Pines Restaurant, naming Traci Peterson as agent; Trustee A. Werner seconded and the motion carried, 4-0. The approval was recorded as contingent upon relinquishment of the existing Pines of Warrens license and confirmation of full ownership for the agent as noted in the agenda materials.
The board also considered and approved an operator's license for Connor Granahan; that motion was moved by Trustee T. Swope, seconded by Trustee A. Werner and carried 4-0. Meeting materials indicate Granahan completed Responsible Beverage Server training.
Village Clerk Tonna Claussen and staff reviewed the application and the board voted on each item separately. The minutes record both motions and the unanimous votes. The agenda states that final issuance of licenses remains contingent on any administrative verification required by village procedures and public record standards under Wis. Stats. § 19.84.
