Local internet provider says broadband work in Northampton County continuing, maps due in coming months

"We still have several grants that are open with CAB2 and with stop gap. So work is gonna be continuing in Northampton County for the next, probably, 2 to 3 years," Tinkham said. She offered to return with a formal presentation including maps so commissioners and residents could see planned coverage and construction schedules. Tinkham also provided a contact number and said staff can check availability at specific addresses through their construction software.
Commissioners welcomed the update and asked that the provider return with maps and additional details so residents can better understand rollout timing and coverage. The board did not take formal action beyond receiving the update.
