Volunteers to ground-truth tree inventory; commission will coordinate corrections

The chair said she had reached out to David Resource Group for a quote and explained that automated inventory tools work well for single trees but struggle in dense street-tree contexts, which may require manual review of urban roadway mileage and parks. Members agreed to coordinate a shared Google Sheet for flagged corrections and for staff to absorb the finalized corrections into the master inventory.
