After handling the agenda items, Trustee Todd Williams moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:14 p.m.; Trustee Dianna Andersen seconded the motion and all present voted to adjourn. The minutes record that the session was brief and that no public comments were offered during the budget public hearing earlier in the meeting.
