Neodesha commissioners approve several reappointments and one appointment to city boards

Following the adoption of Ordinance 1813, the board considered appointments and reappointments to city advisory bodies. Commissioner Banzet moved to reappoint Phillip Newkirk, JoAnne Harper, Casey Lair and Terry Woodruff to the Economic Development Committee to four-year terms ending Dec. 31, 2028; Commissioner Vail-Keller seconded and the motion carried.
Commissioner Vail-Keller moved to reappoint Robert McMurray to the Planning & Zoning Commission for a three-year term ending Dec. 31, 2027; Commissioner Banzet seconded and the motion carried. Commissioner Banzet moved to reappoint Jim Jackson and Pattie Bailey to the Neodesha Senior Citizens Board for three-year terms ending Dec. 31, 2027; Commissioner Vail-Keller seconded and the motion carried. Commissioner Vail-Keller moved to appoint Bobbie Katzer to the Neodesha Senior Citizens Board for a three-year term ending Dec. 31, 2027; Commissioner Banzet seconded and the motion carried.
