CIAC staff to send major-projects quarterly report to legislative transportation committees

Kat, who led the meeting, opened with a debrief of the May 7 OTC session and described updates to the major-projects quarterly report, saying the team added a summary table and jump links to make the report easier to navigate.
"I will draft up a cover letter for it to go to the legislature, and it will go directly to the members of the transportation committees," Kat said, and invited the committee to suggest that staff present during legislative days. Members discussed outreach and suggested staff contact committee administrators to request time for a presentation.
Committee members agreed the revised quarterly report and cover letter should be shared with legislators and that any feedback received during legislative outreach will be integrated into the July report. Kat said staff will circulate the finalized charter and the report materials in advance of the next meeting; no formal vote was taken.
