The Mossyrock City Council unanimously approved an interlocal agreement with Napavine for municipal court services after noting the agreement raised filing fees by $10 and includes a 90-day cancellation clause. Sam Schellenger moved to accept the Napavine agreement and Teresa Quinlan seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Separately, the council reviewed an agreement related to municipal court judge services involving Allen Unzelman and raised questions about court location, staff hiring and firing authority and payment of judges' association dues. That judge services agreement was tabled while the council seeks clarification on those points.
