The commission also revisited a conditional-use ordinance and an unfinished proposed fee schedule; Treasurer Jessica Bragg asked what remained to finalize the fee schedule, and Manley said some language and fees still need to be added.
Separately, Manley noted the planning commission discussed placement for a donated xylophone; she recommended it "should be placed near the playground and where the cameras are located." The council asked planning to return with definitive language on conditional permitting and guidance for container use in city limits.
