The Chokio-Alberta Public Schools board approved three policy documents for the 2024-25 school year during its Aug. 21, 2024 meeting: the Student and Parent Handbook, the Faculty Handbook, and the district's new Emergency Procedure Manual.
The Student and Parent Handbook was approved on a motion by Board member Matt Westerman, seconded by Robyn Marty. The Faculty Handbook was approved on a motion by Robyn Marty, seconded by Christina Pederson. The adoption of the Emergency Procedure Manual was moved by Matt Westerman and seconded by Robyn Marty. All motions carried unanimously (4-0). No additional administrative or board reports were recorded at the meeting.
