"In 2027 the municipal millage will need to be adjusted down as the value of assessed property in Warwick Township will go from $1.8 billion to $3.2 billion," the minutes record.
The Treasurer’s Report was approved after the Board discussed a reduction in building permit fee revenue due to the completion of several large developments; no immediate tax-rate action was taken at the meeting.
