Township Engineer Chuck Haley and staff reviewed the payment application and recommended release of funds; most of the floodplain restoration work has been completed, and the project team will plant an additional 10,000 plugs at the site, the minutes state. Supervisor Kelly Gutshall abstained from this item because of a conflict of interest; the remaining supervisors voted to approve the payment.
The payment was processed after engineer review and LandStudies concurrence; the Board did not authorize additional scope changes at the meeting.
