At the start of the Aug. 25, 2025 meeting, the Planning Commission approved the Aug. 11 minutes after Brent Bammarito moved and Trevor Powers seconded; the motion passed unanimously. Pamela J. Spaulding apologized to Stephen L. Twitchell for having misspelled his name in prior minutes.
Spaulding also announced a Local Training for Local Leaders program offered by SoVT running from September into November at a cost of $200 per person, and said that commissioners could have meeting packets scanned into the town system if a member visits the Town Office. The meeting adjourned at 6:57 P.M. after a motion to adjourn by Spaulding and a second by Bammarito.
