Commission approves audit, contract addenda, staffing contract and routine purchases

Rob Johnson, Financial Officer for Bear River Mental Health Services, presented the FY2024 financial audit and an addendum proposing compensation changes for 2025; Commissioner William E. Cox moved to approve the audit and addendum, Commissioner Jonathan B. Lee seconded and the vote was unanimous.
County Attorney Ben Willoughby presented a temporary employment contract to engage Chris Crockett to assist in updating the County Development Code; the Commission authorized execution of that contract. Separately, the Commission approved a Peac Solutions contract for updated printers at $189 per month for the Clerk's and Sheriff’s Offices, approved a Mental Health Grant Memorandum of Understanding, and approved January 2025 expenditures and minutes. All motions carried unanimously.
