County to consider drug and alcohol testing policy; Clerk to be designated CDL DER

Ben Willoughby presented a proposed Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy that, he said, must comply with state and federal regulations. The Commission voted to add the proposed policy for consideration at the next meeting so the item can be formally noticed and considered as a resolution; Commissioner Cox moved to add it and Commissioner Lee seconded (unanimous).
