Commission selects Azora software for short-term rental enforcement after vendor presentations

Following presentations from Deckard Technologies and Azora Software, the Commission approved a contract with Azora for nightly and short-term rental enforcement and tracking.
The Commission heard an initial short-term rental software demonstration from Dustin Reilich of Deckard Technologies. Later in the afternoon, Planning & Zoning Administrator Mitch Poulsen and Bob Peterson, owner of Azora Software, presented a recommended contract for Azora’s enforcement and tracking platform.
Commissioner William E. Cox moved to approve the Azora Software Contract for nightly and short-term rental enforcement and tracking within the County; Commissioner Jonathan B. Lee seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The County selected Azora as the enforcement vendor and authorized implementation steps identified by Planning & Zoning staff.
