Committee members raised access and walkability concerns for seniors, noting the small size of local streets (5th–7th and Hillview Drive) and proximity to Lakeshore Boulevard. Kevin Ingram cautioned that recent state law changes require ministerial approvals for some multifamily projects, which can limit the county's ability to attach conditions to improve access or require trails. Despite those concerns, Turner recorded the group’s view as supportive: "Consensus achieved."
