Counsel/Tripp presented the third reading and said there had been no changes since the initial proposal: ‘‘To date, since we did the initial introduction and the subsequent review of it, there has been no changes since the initial proposal.’’ With no further questions the council moved to approve and the ordinance passed unanimously.
The ordinance continues the city's franchise arrangement with Comcast; the staff packet contains the franchise terms and related documents. No public comments were offered at the meeting.
