Board approves cameras contract for wastewater facility

The Board of Sewer Commissioners approved a contract with Ayotte Technology Solutions to provide cameras at several wastewater treatment plant buildings. The chair introduced the item and asked Director Scott to comment; Scott said the work covers cameras for two new buildings and several outdoor locations after the construction period revealed non‑functioning units.
"We have 2 new buildings. And, during the construction, they found 2 of the cameras not working. So we're getting some new ones put in," Scott said in the discussion. Commissioner Sandy Slavin moved to accept the quote as modified; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote. Commissioners thanked Scott for circulating contracts ahead of the meeting so members had time to review.
