At the Jan. 27 meeting, the council moved to fill Planning Commission vacancies by appointing John Morris and David Gosner to full seats and naming Brian Gray as an alternate effective Feb. 1, 2026.
Mayor Steve Gibson noted current planning commission membership changes; Councilmember Dave Marriott moved the appointments and Councilmember Sean Wilkinson seconded. The motion passed 5‑0.
Staff said Julie Farr will still attend the February 2026 meeting, and the appointments will replace Sean Wilkinson and Julie Farr on the commission. The appointments were taken from existing alternate members and will take effect Feb. 1, 2026.
