Commission approves prior minutes, thanks outgoing members and adjourns

The Planning Commission approved minutes prepared for May 5, 2025; July 10, 2025; and August 7, 2025. Commissioner Dean Stokes moved to approve the minutes; Commissioner Chad Kotter seconded. The motion passed unanimously with a condition that motions be reviewed for accuracy.
Members expressed appreciation for staff and colleagues. Commissioner Sean Wilkinson was recognized for his service and noted his transition while remaining available as a City Council member; Vice Chair Julie Farr was acknowledged and this Jan. 8 meeting will be her final Planning Commission meeting after approximately five years of service. A visitor from the Youth Council was welcomed before the meeting adjourned.
