Planner Tammy Eveson noted she will be attending American Planning Association training the following week but said the conference is open to commissioners who wish to attend.
Commissioner Dean Stokes moved to approve the calendar; Commissioner David Gossner seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Commissioners also noted the option to call additional meetings if urgent matters arise but said monthly meetings have sufficed in recent years.
