The Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed proposed revisions to the application fee schedule on July 16, including a new additional fee of $1.50 per cubic yard for material processed (crushed) on-site.
Land Use Coordinator Leah Rajvong told the commission staff recommended the new charge to account for material processing handled through local land-use permits. Rajvong said an updated draft fee schedule will be presented for formal adoption at a future meeting; no vote was taken at this session.
Commissioners did not take action; staff will return with a formal draft for adoption.
