The Board also considered replacement of the wide-format printer used for 24"x36" documents. The Assistant Secretary explained the preferred model includes an on-screen display and better scanning workflow; the cost was approximately $5,000 higher than originally budgeted. The Board agreed to purchase a Canon wide-format printer with the display option. The meeting closed with a motion to adjourn at 8:20 a.m.
