At the April 29 meeting the Henry Hudson Regional Board accepted the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and the Auditors' Management Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, from Robert A. Hulsart and Company with no audit recommendations.
The board approved bills and claims for April 2026 totaling $2,278,598.06. The board also authorized several vendor engagements: Holman Frenia Allison as district auditors for the year ending June 30, 2026, at a cost not to exceed $40,000; an XTEL internet service proposal at $4,032.38 per month for 36 months; an HMH Education Company Into Science K–5 program at $26,567; and an extension of a shared-services technology agreement with Burlington Township for PittBull services at $169,822.56 plus a 5% fee ($8,491.08), total $178,313.64.
Facilities & Finance Committee Chair Richard Colangelo told the board, “The district is not cutting any programs or services- they have done an excellent job,” framing the approvals as part of continued program support while managing costs. The board also approved updated lunch prices for 2026–2027 and the renewal of Delta Dental coverage with specified monthly premium rates for employees and dependents.
