The board approved multiple change orders to the NJNG-Engineered Solutions Program at Henry Hudson Regional (including lighting changes and dedicated circuits with listed dollar amounts and one negative change order item), and approved proposal P20814 from LIMBACH to disable a system and repair boiler valves and install new pumps with costs not to exceed $16,297. The minutes record acceptance of a $1,200 donation from local PBA chapters for the boys varsity baseball program.
Sherlock also presented a contract to host the TANJ ARTS HIGH Monmouth County Arts High program for grades 6–8 at Henry Hudson Regional for 2026–2027; the district will fund reduced tuition for its students and a total cost not to exceed $10,000. The board approved these business-administrator consent items as part of its consent agenda vote.
