The Henry Hudson Regional Board of Education adopted a resolution designating the district's official website (https://tridistrict.org/legalnotices/) as the authorized location to publish legal notices effective March 1, 2026, in accordance with P.L. 2025, c.72. The resolution states that beginning March 1 the district will publish legal notices on its website and make them available through the New Jersey Secretary of State's website 'in lieu of publication in a newspaper.'
Business Administrator Janet Sherlock told the board that, with a new governor, state aid numbers were likely to be delayed by about two weeks and that the budget deadline might move. 'We do not have anything official on these dates. We are awaiting notice from the governor's office,' she said. The board approved the website designation and other consent items in the Business Administrator's consent agenda.
