The Town of Warwick accepted the resignations of police officers Timothy Horton and Curtis K. Paul, both effective July 24, 2026. The board also appointed Kenneth Dyspeltro as a full-time Department of Public Works laborer (grade 4, step 1) at $24.67 per hour effective July 27, 2026, and moved to appoint Robert R. Foschini as a part-time police dispatcher at $22.50 per hour effective July 26, 2026 pending final county approval.
The board approved multiple special-event permits and related waivers: Greenwood Lake Fire Department carnival at Ben Winstanley Park (Aug. 8–9), a car and motorcycle show at Edenville Deli on Sept. 6 (rain date Sept. 13) benefiting the Tunnel to Towers organization, and permission to serve alcohol at certain park rentals (certificate of liability on file). The board also carried motions related to towing-company approvals and a partial release of a performance bond to Mountain Green Partners.
