Main Street, which he said are unsafe and in the process of being addressed.
Brooks clarified that flower boxes on Granville Street are the homeowner's responsibility to maintain and reported an inquiry about whether a 0.13-acre partial parcel at 74 S. Liberty could be sold and developed. He said staff will reach out to the county prosecutor's office regarding one rescinded violation and will permit a fence when possible at Main Street properties that meet setback clarifications.
