Will Goodwin, Londonderry’s zoning administrator, told the Selectboard there are differences between Town and State road standards—mainly in road-width definitions—and recommended the town align its standards with the State for clarity and consistency in appeals.
Goodwin also proposed updates to application forms and permit fees, including removal of an after-the-fact permit fee charged when work had already been completed; the board accepted the new Zoning Fee Schedule (motion by Taylor Prouty; seconded by James Ameden; passed unanimously). Goodwin will return to the Selectboard with a further review comparing standards.
