"In subsection b in 15‑63, those are minor design modifications . . . the change is so minor in its impact to the community at large," staff said.
Jamie (staff) and planning staff described the package of images and sketches in the meeting packet and confirmed the proposal would not require a full rehearing. The board moved to approve the revised permit as a minor design modification pursuant to section 15‑63(b); the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
The board recorded no additional conditions. Staff noted that because the change was classified as minor, the item was brought to the board primarily to provide oversight and clarity rather than to reopen the underlying permit.
