The Select Board voted unanimously to approve a Lease Agreement between the Town of Fryeburg and the Fryeburg Historical Society for property at 103 Lovell Road. Jim Tyrrell moved to approve the lease, Thomas Kingsbury seconded, and the motion passed without opposition.
Tyrrell then moved (seconded by Kingsbury) to authorize Town Manager Katie Haley to sign the lease on the Town's behalf; that motion also carried unanimously. The board did not attach additional conditions at the meeting. The lease will be executed by the Town Manager per the board's authorization.
