Earlier in the meeting, the board approved Payroll Warrants #75, 76, 77 and Accounts Payable Warrant #78; the motion to approve warrants was made by Jim Tyrrell, seconded by Cindy Lawrence, and passed unanimously. Cindy Lawrence moved to adjourn, Tyrrell seconded, and the meeting adjourned.
No board action on the electioneering complaint was taken; members noted the matter falls under state jurisdiction.
