The Macksville Unified School District No. 351 Board of Education unanimously approved routine business items at its May 11 meeting, including the April 13, 2026 minutes, the meeting agenda with additions, and warrants and the handwritten checklist. Treasurer Danielle Acosta presented the Treasurer’s report, which the board approved by a 7–0 vote.
Alex Mittie of the accounting firm Adams Brown presented the audit report remotely via Zoom and departed at 7:56 PM. The board recorded no objections to the audit presentation during the meeting. The approvals were recorded under Resolutions #155–#158 with motions and seconds entered in the official minutes. "Approve as presented," the board recorded for the minutes motion under Reso #155, with Mr. Butler listed as mover and Mr. Anshutz as seconder.
