Councilor Denny Nielsen noted that the Siegmunds reportedly sold the business on Nov. 9, 2025 and requested confirmation that the contract will still be honored; Connor said she would check the contract details with the vendor.
Councilor Todd Smith moved to accept the contract as written and Councilor Eric Page seconded; the motion passed by unanimous vote. The minutes record that staff will verify the vendor status and confirm whether any contract assignment or amendment is required.
