With that abstention noted, council approved the applications and adopted the related resolutions and ordinances as presented. Applicant representatives described site adjustments such as sidewalk placement and rear-setback tradeoffs; council members from affected wards thanked staff for flexibility that increased usable backyard space for lots, and the motions carried with the recorded abstention.
