The Kimball City Council on August 4 adopted Resolution 2025-04 amending the city—ine-and-fee schedule to add a new package off-sale liquor license category to be awarded by bid with a minimum bid of $5,000. The council recorded the motion as passing on a 5-0 roll call vote.
The resolution, printed with the minutes, says the amended rates will be added to the complete City Wide Fine and Bond Schedule and "shall remain in place and in effect until changed by an act of the City Council." The minutes list the resolution as approved August 4, 2025, published August 13, 2025 and effective August 13, 2025. Mayor Donnie Hamiel and Finance Officer Lydia Morley are listed as mayor and attest on the resolution.
