Ron Gailey of OnPoint Insights presented results of a 2025 survey for Payson City during the council’s Jan. 7 work session. Gailey reported that respondent demographics matched the 2022 survey closely and that many residents said conditions in Payson have improved over the last three years.
The presentation highlighted positive comments on upgrades to Historic Downtown and identified top concerns, suggestions and anonymous feedback submitted by residents. Gailey said the survey will inform city priorities and invited council members and the public to review findings.
