Council approves consent agenda, appoints mayor pro tem in unanimous votes

Later in the meeting Mayor William R. Wright left and asked Councilmember Brian Hulet to serve as mayor pro tem for the remainder of the meeting. Councilmember Ryan Rowley moved to approve Brian Hulet as mayor pro tem; Councilmember Bob Provstgaard seconded. The motion carried by unanimous vote with the same five councilmembers recorded as voting yes. The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn by Councilmember Bob Provstgaard, seconded by Councilmember Anne Moss, which also passed by unanimous roll call.
