Board approves minutes, schedules next meeting and hears call to revisit advisory board mission

Before adjournment, Joanne, a former administrator, urged the board to revisit its mission, vision, meeting frequency and goals, asking what measurable impact the advisory board produces beyond serving as a grant‑writing or grant‑paperwork body. The chair deferred the substantive governance discussion to a later venue. A motion to adjourn was made and seconded and the meeting adjourned.
