Selectboard approves library as meeting space and Weston Theater use of town office
Summary
The board approved the South Londonderry Library as an approved public meeting space provided open-meeting-law requirements are met, and authorized the Weston Theater to use the Town Office for a board meeting on Oct. 11, 2025, with conditions to restore furniture and authorization for the Town Administrator to sign the facilities-use agreement.
The Selectboard agreed to allow public bodies to use the South Londonderry Library for meetings so long as open-meeting-law requirements are followed. The approval followed a request from the library and the board recorded no additional conditions other than compliance with open meeting rules.
Separately the board authorized use of the Town Office by the Weston Theater for a board meeting on Oct. 11, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a condition that furniture and items be returned to their original positions. Town Administrator Aileen Tulloch was authorized to sign the Facilities Use Agreement on the town's behalf.
