Board reviews KASB policy updates and proposed compliance changes

On that point staff said the updated language clarifies that a foreign-exchange student residing in the district may enroll and attend as if a resident of the district, reflecting new capacity-related practices elsewhere. Board members noted further review will follow before final approvals.
