Board accepts unaudited financials, notes 94% revenue collected and spatterdock treatments planned

The Heritage Pines Board accepted unaudited financial statements as of Feb. 28, 2025. District Manager Chuck Adams reported revenue is 94% collected with one month remaining until the payment deadline and noted that interest earned on investment accounts had not been reflected because statements were not received in time; Mr. Adams said he would email the Board when those statements post.
Adams also recalled that three annual reductions of spatterdock are programmed into the Lake Management Contract for lakes 33 and 36 and that those treatments are scheduled to be addressed in May; he said he will remind the vendor Premiere and that Ms. Lonergan voiced concern that certain ponds (ponds on #7) need attention. On motion by Mr. Putman and seconded by Mr. Rhodes the Board accepted the unaudited financial statements.
The acceptance keeps routine financial oversight on schedule; staff will report interest earnings when statements post and will follow up on pond maintenance and spatterdock treatments.
