Premier Lakes reports maintenance boost; nano-bubbler repair and compressor relocation proposals planned

Bill Kurth of Premier Lakes told the Board that the community lakes "appear to be in very good shape," and that preserve and dry-retention area work is underway. He reported that crews removed fallen trees from the Florida Power & Light ditch and outfall structure ahead of an approaching tropical storm event and that repairs to the Lake H1-B nano-bubbler (lost prime after being turned off) will be completed the following day.
Kurth said Premier Lakes increased service frequency from quarterly to monthly during the rainy season. Operations Manager Shane Willis and Mr. Kurth said they will present proposals covering the electrical work to relocate the compressor in the Masters Lake. The Board recorded these operational updates for follow-up; no formal action was taken on the compressor project at this meeting.
